Colleen Hoover did it again! She knocked another one “out of the park”. I am always confident when I open up one of her novels that I am going to be totally enthralled by it. She takes you on a journey into the characters' lives and just makes you feel a part of it. Her characters are always some of my favorites, whether they are the main characters or just supporting characters, she always makes them relatable, endearing and hilarious.

Maybe Someday is a story that deals with infidelity, friendship, betrayal and falling in love. There is absolutely nothing easy about the relationships in this book. They are complicated, angst- filled and real. This is what makes the book so good. It deals with situations that can happen in the real world and then she adds in her twists and turns that turn the story on its head.

Colleen Hoover writes a book that can tug on a reader’s heartstrings like no one else can. Her books are always so well written and dripping with emotion. Don’t get me wrong, Maybe Someday isn’t all serious. I was laughing out loud on many occasions throughout the book. I had to stop reading so many times so that I could share the funny parts with my husband. It’s okay though, he realizes that when I am reading one of her books that I will be interrupting him – a lot!

This book is just another example of the clever writing talent that this author possesses. The love story between Sydney and Ridge was romantic beyond words yet heart wrenching. The whole music focus that this book had was beautiful, poetic and lyrical and was absolutely perfect for the storyline. I don’t want to get into the particulars of the story because I don’t want to give anything away… but there are some jaw dropping moments.

I think that it is impossible not to fall in love with the characters in this book. I fall in love with them in all of her books! I know that I am gushing, but honestly and sincerely, it is just that good! Needless to say, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants a clever, witty as hell, romantic book. It will make you feel a gamut of emotions and will leave you with a satisfied smile on your face.
